Water Signal Tracker™

Water Signal Tracker™ is operated by SYGNL Technologies™. Water Signal Tracker helps communities report and understand water-service conditions, including outages, weak pressure, intermittent service, and restoration status.

Information We Collect

Water Signal Tracker may collect information that users choose to provide when submitting a report, including:

• Water-service condition
• General location or parish
• Date and time of a report
• Optional comments or service details
• Device or technical information needed for the app to function
• Location information, if the user grants permission for location-based features

We do not require users to provide medical information, biometric information, or sensitive health information.

How We Use Information

Information collected through Water Signal Tracker may be used to:

• Display community water-service conditions
• Identify patterns in outages, pressure, intermittent service, and restoration
• Improve the accuracy and usefulness of the platform

Community Reports

Location Information

If location access is enabled, Water Signal Tracker may use device location to help associate a report with the correct geographic area. Users may decline location permission and may change location permissions through their device settings.
